Jaimee Paul Art Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing my art! I hope to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience. Please read the following important information regarding shipping and policies for both original artworks and prints.

FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE
All prints are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time for your beautiful print to arrive at your home. If you have a short deadline, don’t hesitate to get in touch. A4 prints will arrive flat. A3 and up arrive in a mailer tube. Please be careful when unwrapping to avoid damage.
Important: Shipping times may vary, especially during peak seasons (October - December). Please consider this when placing your order, as shipping times during these months can be longer.
Note: All shipping times are provided as a guide. While I do my best to meet the estimated delivery windows, I cannot be responsible for shipping delays outside of my control.
Framing: If you would like framing organised for your prints. Please get in touch on the contact page, I’d be happy to chat options.

FREE PICK UP: From my Sydney Studio. Please get in touch and we’ll arrange a suitable time for pick up.
FREE DELIVERY: For Sydney CBD and Northern Beaches area.
OUTSIDE SYDNEY: If you live outside of Sydney, please contact me at jaimee@jaimeepaul.com.au to help organise shipping. I love chatting with collectors, and aim to provide a seamless service to ensure your original art finds its way to its new home.

If you’re living outside of Australia and have your heart set on an original artwork, I’d be happy to help arrange international shipping for you. But please contact me at jaimee@jaimeepaul.com.au BEFORE purchase for a personalised shipping quote based on your location.

I take the utmost care in packaging all artworks to ensure they arrive safely. Original artworks are securely wrapped and shipped in protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Prints are also carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Please Note: for large artworks being shipped outside of Sydney, I arrange professional packing and courier delivery to ensure your piece arrives safely. I’m happy to provide a quote for this.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. I am not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If you notice an error with your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact me immediately to correct it.

Handling Delays: I do my best to process and ship all orders promptly, but sometimes unexpected delays — such as courier issues, weather, or public holidays — can affect delivery times. As a one-woman band, I handle everything myself, so I truly appreciate your patience and understanding if things take a little longer than usual.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately. While we will assist you in resolving the issue, please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
